1977 Mercedes SL 450 Convertible - 80,000 miles
The car is in excellent condition overall, everything works as it should. I believe I'm the third or fourth owner, and I have records dating back decades from the previous owner. It has true spoke wire wheels, dealer installed Dayton wheels. The 4.5 V-8 motor and 3-speed transmission run great. Interior is in near perfect condition, the clock, cruise control and all options operate well. Air-conditioning blows cold. Hardtop and headliner in very good condition, with dolly for easy storage and maneuverability.
The car doesn't have a concours level restoration, but it is in excellent condition with many new parts.
Recognizing it's a 45 year old Mercedes Classic, there is nothing to do to it...Except to drive and enjoy it!!
