ADDENDUM:
Something came to my attention recently when I sold one of my TV items. I added a copy of a magazine article of the little “boutique” company I worked for because it talked about how we worked on the shows and who we are and what we did. A friend suggested that it might be a good idea to tell you before I sell a like item — more to lend credence and a better “Provenance” to an item, than to glorify myself in any way, or the people I worked with. We’re all retired now anyway and this was in a public magazine, so I don’t think I’d be infringing on anyone. My friend suggested I tell you about including the article with the sold item
beforehand
…that it might matter to you to have this Provenance. I agree. So, to whoever buys this item, I will be including a signed (by me only) copy of the article, in hopes that it somehow makes your item more intimate or valuable to you. Thank you.
This "WANDA AT LARGE" Cast and Crew Jacket was given to me by the Producers of the show as a Christmas Gift to thank me for my work on the show back then. (We did the music) This TV Series was on Television in 2003 and starred the fabulously funny and wonderful Wanda Sykes. It has been hanging in a closet since. It is in great condition, with no odors or rips or tears. You know, I'm not even sure this Jacket was actually ever worn! But the closet it was hanging in is not my usual one and it got a little dusty in between the cords. I'll let you decide how you will want to care for your Collectible Jacket because you may choose to have it dry cleaned. It DOES say you can machine wash it, but as a Collectible, I'd rather that choice be yours.
I always have trouble photographing clothing and I did no better this time either! But no matter how grey this Jacket looks in my photos, it is a BLACK JACKET!!!
It is a really neat Jacket also...it is soft and comfy and warm, especially here in California. Whether you choose to wear this Jacket occasionally or just keep it as a Collectible, it is a really neat item.
It is a size XXL, as you can see from the tag photo. It's really roomy and has
very long sleeves
. The Logo is all embroidered and you can see that in the photos as well. Here are some measurements for you: across the back from armpit to armpit is about 29". From the neck to the hem in the back is about 26". Across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam is about 24 1/2". Across the hem in the back is about 25" and finally, the sleeves from the top shoulder to the hem is about 26".
